She provides practical advice, coaching and training in-house, having worked with people from many cultural backgrounds and many multinational organisations. Her strength lies in being able to quickly identify solutions to competence and behavioural challenges, setting out clear goals and achievable milestones that support organisations to overcome issues relating to performance and delivery.
Led by Janice, Human Factor Matters designs and delivers bespoke training that is interactive, meaningful and fun.
